1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms.

2. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

2.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the agreed price for the ordered goods and accept delivery.

4.3. Goods are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days after payment.

4.4. Delivery in Lithuania takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times for other EU or non-EU countries vary. Please contact us directly for international shipping information.

4.5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the Buyer or force majeure circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

4.6. The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if a shipment arrives with damaged packaging, incorrect items, or incomplete contents.

4.7. The Buyer must provide photos of the damaged package and/or products via email.

4.8. If a shipment is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or not collected from a parcel locker within the holding period, the Buyer must cover redelivery and return shipping costs. If the Buyer refuses to receive the redelivered package and requests a refund, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

4.9. For business (B2B) orders, delivery may take longer due to custom production, quantity, or specific requirements. In such cases, shipping terms are arranged individually.

4.10.
